19 10 2010

This recipe is taken from one of my online friends Moggy on another site, she does some of the greatest photo essays on food. This is a simple avocado and tomato salad recipe, the blackened tuna is self explanatory. Please enjoy, it sure says 5Star to me!

Approximatley 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
2 tablespoons fresh Cilantro, chopped (or more, to taste)
The juice from 2 fresh limes
